Cancellation policy
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival may incur a fee of 100 % of booking. Instead of cancelling, guests may sometimes have the option to move their booking dates.
Requests to move dates with less than 5 day’s notice cannot be accommodated, as this does not allow sufficient time to rebook the dates for another guest.
This policy applies only to bookings made directly through our website.
If your booking was made via Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms, please refer to the cancellation policy on the respective platform.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or make changes to your accommodation, we will use all reasonable efforts to contact you promptly, explain the situation, and, if possible, offer alternatives. If the alternatives are unacceptable, the booking will be treated as cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded within 14 days.
We shall not be liable for changes, cancellations, or other effects on your booking caused by events beyond our control (force majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, war, civil strife, terrorism, industrial disputes, natural or manmade disasters, fire, adverse weather, or any other similar events outside our control.
